We want you to have the absolute best shopping experience with us! We will do everything we can to try to make things better if you are not completely satisfied with your order.
Shop Lawson will accept unworn, unwashed merchandise for store credit ONLY within 14 days of delivery. All accessories and clearance/sale items are considered FINAL SALE.
For returns post-marked within 14 days of delivery, we'll inspect for signs of wear or use. If item is deemed in returnable condition, we’ll issue you store credit. Your package must be post-marked and sent back within 14 days of the original delivery date.
If an item is deemed to not be in returnable condition, your items will be shipped back to you at your expense and no store credit will be issued, including shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on product if the product appears to be damaged by the customer.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email (email@example.com) within 5 days. Item cannot be washed or worn when claimed as a damage. After 5 days, Shop Lawson can no longer be responsible.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs of their purchases, returns & exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.
Please note: when shipping your item back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Shop Lawson is not responsible for lost exchanges/returns. Once your return is received please allow up to 5 business days for this to process.
Sending Back Returns
- Please fill out the return form included in your package and send back to the address listed on the form.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping charges on returned items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, your item will be returned to you and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box inside of another box or package without any damage to the shoe box. The shoe box must be inside another box with the label affixed to the outer box (not the shoe box.) Please do not ship in the shoe box alone.
- We HIGHLY recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages. You will be able to track your order and recover the monetary value if your order is lost.
For our local customers who do not wish to ship their returns back to us, we have a meeting location and designated hours for drop-off. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange.
